I hear you. I'm in the industry on the manufacturing and R&D side. I still feel irritated many times after encountering car dealers with their shenanigans. They tack on BS fees and products to raise the price over what they advertise. Don't negotiate payments. Negotiate the out the door price.

X drive is great, but won't help you stop in slippery conditions. So I would get a good set of snow tires for the winter.
