I won't argue whether Abundance looks like a neoliberal trojan horse. Fine. But honest question: how else would we break hyperlocal vetocracy wielded by wealthy property owners against allowing new homes (social and market rate) and thus new neighbors in high opportunity areas?

There's no rhyme or reason to it. None of my videos had predictable trajectories.
