Goed stuk maar weinig concreets over hoe het aan te pakken. M.i. is een essentieel onderdeel van de oplossing om te beginnen op jonge leeftijd met een grondige ‘Civic education’ op school: over het land, de grondwet, cultuur en over Europa leren. 1/2

What meaningful action will the President announce on taking action against Israel, to replace the shameful silence on the genocide taking place in Gaza and the West Bank?

💯 % mee eens en ik pleit hier al een jaar voor. Vooral omdat dit een strategische zet zou zijn: shrinking the skills shortage, en omdat dit overweldigend mensen zijn die onze liberale, democratische waarden delen… Maar het moet op Europees niveau gedaan worden
