Note to self, do NOT try a bit of regular sea salt and compare it to Celtic sea salt. Right away, my stomach started hurting. I 🤮 four times 😔

We did some cleaning in our storage room today. I found my sketchpad from when I was manic. I have no idea what this pic represents. I don't want to be in the frame of mind to interpret it because I was having fun but at a high cost to my mental health. This is from 2005.

Day 2 of Aboriginal Legal Services work training. Yesterday we learned about motivational interviewing. A very text book Western approach. Need to throw some medicine wheels in there 🤣
