Prepare to get re-rupted

I hope we get some insightful critique of the inclusion of crates in the GIF next

If the runners-up can fend off waves of enemies for long enough, the extraction machine can strip down the superfluous mechs to facilitate additional extractions, BUT they'll have to continually sacrifice mech upgrades to the extraction machine, making survival progressively more difficult.

"P LG" is about as close to "Peg Leg" as "Pig". Did the Fraternal Order of Pirates demand an investigation too?

He will open one of his six mouths, and he will narrate the dishwasher video (or possibly heat pump video) that ends the Earth.

I was getting involved in local politics last spring, until my toddler's leukemia diagnosis. Now, we're effectively back in 2020-era lockdown, and living in a hospital about a third of our time. My ability to focus on anything beyond his medical appointments and keeping my insurance is shot.

Good thing nobody would be so media-illiterate as to do that with, say, The Punisher.

Not to trauma-dump, but we developed a lot of patience for that stuff when the kiddo got a leukemia diagnosis over the summer. His prognosis is great, and he should finish intensive chemo in a few months, but our level of concern about everything else has gotten pretty chill, by necessity.

Yeah, we've got a few tricks up our sleeves: bulk medical chux pads, and nesting two or three layers of sheets wrapped in waterproof covers, so we can just peel off the uppermost layer and get back to sleep, unless the mess is truly catastrophic

Oh man, these could be outstanding for a kid in the midst of toilet training. Merchant websites that want notification permissions sets my teeth on edge, but maybe I'm being overly judgemental.

And if it's the case I'm thinking of, she attacked him only after school officials failed to do anything about reports of her classmate's behavior?

_NOT_ to protect her though: just for her smile. It remains unclear whether this guy would do even more heinous war crimes for his daughter's protection.

But why make up a guy whose existence else can be disproven when they can just "'coincidentally'" repeatedly meet a real guy who will reliably tell them what they want to write in the article? It certainly stinks of malpractice, but presuming fabrication is like assuming some hoofbeats are zebras.

"Probaby" making people up based on what? Just Google that guy's name without "NYT" to see additional websites that are aware of him. This writer almost certainly returned to a previously-helpful contact. Debatable whether that's lazy or nefarious, but jumping straight to "and they invented a guy"?

Can't stop thinking about how hilarious it would be to get him to make the jump from "it's defamation to say that I've been bought" to literally stating "I'm not owned" and reciting a dril tweet into the court record.

As the parent of a daycare-aged kid: I'm more interested to learn the names of any facilities that DID trot out kids to appease a crazy stranger with a camera.

It really was about the ideal entry level balance of (1) coding with results you see (2) intuitive basic tweening (3) vector drawing tools that let hammer-handed people like me draw something non-hideous.

I've got a USB drive somewhere with stupid fla/swf junk from college that still makes me smile

Due to austerity measures, the seven fishes this year will be goldfish crackers my toddler has left in arbitrary places around the house.

At what point will the team feel obligated to nest additional crackable suns inside the first one, just so that the ratio of cracked suns per dollars funded remains reasonable?

It took me three tries to not read "Kaiju PETTER", and even that didn't seem horribly off-brand.
