Yep! and running man which is second nature on my strong side but I’m still using my left so it felt like day one again, haha.

I still hate that I can’t even get through the full round of rolls but I can’t make my shoulder heal faster; I would if I could. The last month of chaos has been a nightmare for my physical and mental health and I’ve been funneling all of my focus into healing my shoulder
