favorite webinar is a hard question because they are all so valuable! for this year i might have to say Anitra Rowe Shulte Musicality in PBs and Margarita Engle Poetry of PBs because I am learning to flex those muscles, even after 6 published PBs.

no in person conferences booked yet, but the year is young. i have my fingers crossed for the bay area book festival. i am taking a poetry class- not a conference but still . . .

12x12’ vibrant FB chat group motivated me to start a writing routine. It may be the first lace I heard about butt in chair and I realized these drafts don’t write themselves! So i write after lunch, even if for a few minutes.

I appreciate your asking because the answer to the “what moves the needle” question seems 🤷‍♀️ elusive at best. I just spent a month posting on behalf of @pbspree.bsky.social and didn’t see much engagement. ( They have great books, BTW). We may just all be overloaded. (eg. all those great newsletters)
