Le Canada annonce qu’il va contester les droits de douanes américains devant l’Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC). Bonne décision, même si prévisible. C’est toutefois un long processus pas toujours concluant (parlez-en à l’industrie du bois d’œuvre…)
