Yesterday’s beef strew was a delight. I’m pretty sure the anchovies made it in there (and not into the cat!).

Just been to the pub for a drink after a 60 minute session on the erg in the rowing gym. Very busy, but pleased to see they have a good non-alcoholic beer (Athletic) on tap. I was drinking alcohol, but it’s fantastic the option is there.
