It is EU315194632 I think. A bit unfortunate for a gift if one does not know that. 🥲 Can I pre-buy midnight without binding it to a account to overcome this issue? Would be pretty bad for a birthday gift if the mail comes to early or to late.

I have a fake Zelda Minish Cap cartridge. I didn’t know it was fake until my Analogue didn’t load it. On my SP it runs without problems tho.

1. true, but if you agree to the license terms of the platform you publish to that you keep the piece of software up to date with the platforms sdks you should do that.

I would not call that specific rule weird tbh. Apple has a ton of other rules which are indeed weird.

Thats not true. It is totally possible to archive games. The game in question is available on multiple platforms. If you have an ecosystem like apple then apps which are built with an VERY outdated sdk may be a security risk.

Of course, if you wait 7 years between updates 😅. If the game is part of your income you should know how to keep it in the stores.

😅 Thats Apple. Always has been. My point was everyone who develops for the platform knows how it is. It is still a really nice platform to develop for.
