Always comes up in my music algorithms - in 2000 I was warned about coming downtown and realtors were trying to sell me an M/I home in Dublin. I am a complete failure as a suburbanite :)

Kind of waiting for all my CMS tools I use to go dark. If we can’t submit claims to insurance companies then no one is sick and insurance companies can keep 100% of the profits and Americans are the healthiest people in the world. I think I’m starting to understand the thinking process now.
