Agreed, but can't say I'm surprised given the circumstances (he's 82, was essentially forced out, probably doesn't trust Trump effectively having custody of his son in prison). I just hope the masses have the same level of pearl-clutching when Trump pardons *himself* on day one of his presidency.

Sorry, I should clarify, when I say “squandered” I mean we usually have a 15+ point lead and then it almost inevitably gets down to 5 points or less. Just never seems like we can win without sweating out the ending.
