Today is #GivingTuesday, and we are asking for your help.

We rely on donations to maintain our 24/7 hotline, re-entry bags, and a pen pal program for the currently incarcerated.

We are able to do this work because someone like you helped fund this mission.

Carceral feminism won't save us. Relying on police, surveillance and courts won't keep our communities safe. We need community-based solutions for safety, and we need them now.

Did you know the attorneys general for Missouri, Kansas, and Idaho actually made the argument that fewer pregnant teens is an injury to the state in a lawsuit designed to ban access to birth control via the mail?

So if you're having a weird Friday the 13th, just remember: we’ve seen weirder. And if you really want to make a difference, skip the fake furniture fears and support survivor-led orgs doing the real work.

it's been 50 years since that day, and the fight for sex worker rights is still going strong. We still fight for social acceptance, decriminalization and the right to work safely.

No more raids.
No more arrests.
No more stigma.
No more bad laws.

Because sex work is work.

On June 2nd, 1975, 100 sex workers gathered at the Saint-Nizier Church in Lyon, France. They demanded an end stigma, criminal penalties and police harassment.

They hung a banner which read ‘Our children don’t want their mothers to go to jail’

That was when International Sex workers' Day started.
