It’s vital to find a balance, where and as often as possible so you can fend off autistic burnout as much as possible. I’m still trying to figure it out. What’s been helpful for you?

It truly makes a difference when you find community with those who have the same operating system as you. Finding community is massively important. You can balance out so much. #audhd

We share our time anxiety, sensory input, our current hyper-fixations, and look around whilst being completely relaxed and zoned in on one another and so much more. It’s awesome.

Today I had brunch at the Clay Restaurant (inside the Gardiner Museum), watched Wicked 2, and finished chatting about a series I’m reading over afternoon coffee.
