only cared for the 2 hits on it. But other times you'd come to realize you actually liked some other obscure song that no one else ever played.

I suppose you can preview everything online now, but before you just had to take a chance on things and see how you liked it.

My husband showed me a site to buy digital albums, so then I go to the artist's website... and it forces me to go to Spotify to see what their albums are 🙄

Pls... list your albums (& preferably where to buy them).

Some of us wanna just buy music to own again.

It's getting a bit better I think. Some nights I can just go 'oh.. fine we'll just doze and it'll be fine'.

Other nights its like ok I think I'm having a panic attack so welp, meds time.

I'll try to keep with the recommendations but if it keep happening I might try something else, like just trying to sleep if I am very tired.

If the normal rules don't work, maybe I should just try what feels more right for my nature.

I wonder if you can over-do it. I was so tired I was forcing myself to stay awake (and wait for my husband to do his whole bedtime thing) that when I finally put my head down I was like, buzzing or trembling or something

Some days I can tell it’s not a great sleep day and I just roll with it. The next night might be ok.

But if it continues the next night, then it’s as bad as ever and no de-escalation technique really works, only meds.

Insomnia was getting better, but last night was bad again. The treatment says to stay up, build your ‘sleep debt’ & go to bed at a regular time.

I been trying but there’s some combo of very tired & anxiety that sometimes occurs & is not possible to stop on my own.

Not sure why-
