It's like... if adashima locked the fuck in

Highlight so far though was when the nice lady who served me lunch complimented my nails. And when the person directing me to an open stall when I was queueing to sign in referred to
me as ma'am (granted, she was a few metres away and I wasn't facing her).

On the bright side, the talks have been good. One of the presenters talked about a great solution to a UI problem she'd had, which I'd been trying to solve myself recently. I think last year taught me how to pick the good ones.

The way I see it:
- Longer videos tend to be higher effort works about more interesting topics
- The more of an interesting thing the better
- Watching longer videos means I need to pick a new video less often

Also the youtube shorts UI is awful and it makes me wonder if tiktok is also that bad?

Funnily enough I think the only new games I've started and finished in the last few years are ones you've dropped: Signalis and Cyberpunk.

I enjoyed Cyberpunk but I'm probably done with it for now after getting one ending. Signalis I really loved and am replaying it at the moment.

For some reason I keep dropping metroidvanias at what feels like the 70% mark for no particular reason. Axiom Verge and Hollow Knight twice each, Jedi Survivor, and the Prime 1 remaster (although I did beat Trilogy previously so that's more of a replay).
