I don't know. But we need to be alert and admit that we see it and abhor it, lest we find ourselves complicit.

Having grown up with prayer in schools, and having nuns along with lay teachers, I didn't mind it, but I don't think public schools should allow it.
Religion is private, or should be, so taxpayers shouldn't be involved in paying for it.
