Not expecting a loss when I weigh on Monday. Been a busy week involving more chocolate than I care to remember

Yesterday I put on my jeggings. I’ve been avoiding buying jeans until I reach my target. Oh my! They were baggy and sagged so much in the crotch area I’d have had to pull them up under my bra to walk. So now they’re on the Vinted pile and I need to shop for cheap denims😫😫

Loving 12.5mg, I always get slight constipation on a new higher dose. But it’s easily & painlessly cleared with Laxido. I’m on day 5 since I increased dose and can eat my calories and work out!
