It's terribly cringe when people replace words that are actually accurate with words they are emotionally attached to. Like using "capitalism" when they mean "corporatism", "CEO" when they mean "person who was complicit in the suffering and death of multitudes", etc.

Anyone else want to step up in public to suck Neil Gaiman's buttery c*ck today? Poor fellow, what if *he* were the victim! This should be our most important consideration. Won't someone think of the Gaimans?!

For history's sake, I thought it would be informative to make a list of the excuses given by some of Neil Gaiman's fans as to why women shouldn't be believed. Did I miss any?
