in addition to the knot, we also now have a tangled spindle! spindle.synth.download

this is a tangled CI runner, same as with the knot, users can be added on request.

not sure if this will stick around, as the docker setup for this is a bit cursed.

repos on the knot can be cloned via `git clone ssh://[email protected]:20564/[handle]/[repo]` and will be accessible over at tangled.
