I’m ecstatic to announce the formation of Ahl al-Nur, an advocacy and support group dedicated to empowering LGBT+ Syrians. Ahl al-Nur will be initially run by LGBT+ Afghans, but we will transfer our knowledge and help LGBT+ Syrians to lead the organization and be part of their own emancipation.
