in a similar folder (../GBA) there is also a .GBA rom with the same functionality

So the question is, sho9uld we consider this a bug akin to Burai's parry freeze and Daigo's kick freeze, or should we consider is a part of the gameplay inherently despite the fact that it's kind of a boring oversight?

This technically is not a bug, as in, technically all the values are being read correctly by the game, but it is a clear oversight by the devs and would have been fixed by them
It also makes Heita strong in kind of an unfun way, as he gets 7K damage loops where the rest of the cast gets around 4-5K

We can change the proration value easily to be more in line with the rest of BBBR's cast and Heita's own moveset, but here's where I struggle
We agreed to fix bugs but to not touch gameplay of characters, but this is sort of a middle ground

Even BBBR, Burai’s parries seem incredibly strong on the surface but we discovered it still acts as a hit so if he parries we can potentially cancel for some weird rps scenarios, still Burai favored, but makes the parry a bit less scary…
…too bad he’s top1 anyway lmao

I feel like for almost every fighting once enough exploration happens, things that seem impossibly strong will have counterplay found because, no one wants to deal with that shit lmao
