For normal raster rendering 8GiB will suffice. VRAM gets eaten up by RT and especially upscaling. They say they target UHD 60 FPS with FSR. I frankly doubt it'll be achievable with 8 gigs of VRAM.
I would only purchase one after consumers get first units and confirm what works and what doesn't.

Nope, it'll be around 15-20% worse. It's lower clocked, and has smaller count of CU's. 8GiB of VRAM is ewww too.

If your provider doesn't have VoLTE then calls over 4G won't work either with that toggle on. Might be related or cause of the issue.
