They’re awesome, this last time they performed the Practice What You Preach album. That was the first real thrash album I got into after Metallica when I was in high school.

Looks like some big ones and Metallica twice! I wanted to see them this year but it was going to cost me small fortune, one of these days I hope they play close to home.

It was a slow year for me, went to six shows this year, I think last year I had at least one a month. Saw Napalm Death/Melvins, Crypta, Ghost, Testament, Tribulation/Early Moods and Margo Price.

Looks like a really good year for gigs!

I don’t listen to that one all that often but it is an interesting listen for sure. Might have to do a run through those early albums this week.

That’s a great album! I’ve seen the drummer Linda McDonald a number of times with the Iron Maidens, an all girl Maiden tribute band.

Oh yeah, Long Cold Winter is awesome, I saw Tom Kiefer a couple years ago, he still sounds great and hearing him do Gypsy Road was so cool.

Absolutely! It was perfect for discovering music on a limited budget. I don’t remember what I paid for this particular record but is definitely higher than what you paid for it :)
