I recently received some valuable feedback about my work style.
When I have 10 tasks, I tend to push all of them forward, even if task #2 is clearly the most critical.
One of my strengths is having a broad view and managing multiple things at once.

Generating ideas is important—it’s the first step of turning nothing into something. But I believe that developing and refining those ideas, taking them from start to finish, is even more valuable.

Let’s not lose sight of our true goals and means. The purpose is to develop medicine, and we shouldn’t let that purpose turn into just a means to navigate corporate politics.
