This was a complex study, which took 6+ years to complete.The paper shows that skin and joint inflammation in #psoriatic #arthritis is linked in terms of #T-cell clonality and type (CD8+ tissue-resident memory T-cells). This may help explain why & how the disease spreads from the skin to the joint.
