The solution is for everyone to register Republican. It would instantly break our locked in 2 party system. People would have no choice but to vote for the best candidate, as the straight party line vote would no longer work. It would also crush the electoral college instantly.

Indeed they do, but the majority of the American public don't read, much less read foreign papers. If it's not on YouTube, they don't see it. And YouTube heavily censors their content.
