I’m prescribed these too. Something I found really helpful is to sleep slightly elevated from waist up and open windows slightly to get a through draft every night. Turns out a lot of my migraines are sinus related and now I rarely need to take either drug. Anyhoo take what you want from that ❤️🩹

Put some snuggly bedding in the box so he can roost and rest. Meanwhile call your local wildlife support folk. Try and Identify the species so you can let them know who he/she is. Take their advice on feeding and if they need to go to them, administer food if advised. Best of luck ! 🤞🏼
