Goes back to the point about joking about people who aren't there to retort. Just comes across as whinging at that point.

Overall, obvious to why WWE are wanting to bury it. Not even the comedian's performances were good, they were there for a paycheck. (8/8)

Nia's set was equally bitter. She didn't start too bad, even was self-depreciating at times which was okay but as it went on you could tell she was airing legit gripes.

I get Charlotte isn't exactly the most popular person in wrestling but there was some frustration there. (7/?)

Heyman seemed legit angry at the comedians for daring to tell jokes about wrestlers at a wrestling-themed roast. Thought he came across very bad.

A lot of his jokes were the same as what you'd see at any open mic night, just told by someone who is a very, very good orator. (6/?)

Braun Strowman in fairness had the right idea. If you're not funny just have a moan about your booking and give people something. You'll look sort of bad at the time but not as bad as a clip of you telling racist jokes existing. (5/?)

You can tell who the stand-ups were and who the wrestlers were even if you weren't a wrestling fan. The "if you tell a bad joke it can work with the crowd if you tell it with confidence" mentality. Saying that Sami Zayn's bit was genuinely very good and R-Truth wasn't bad. (4/?)

They should have kept it to jokes about people who are there. The point of a roast is to roast each other and everyone gets a turn. Joking about people who aren't there - including those not with the company - didn't really fall within the spirit of a good roast. (3/?)

Hinchcliffe is obviously a wrestling fan. Which is a shame, because he probably could have made some decent wrestling jokes if he tried and didn't rely on the crutch of hackneyed racial/sexual jokes. (2/?)
