Hi. You’re not on any of my lists and never have been. @clearsky.app has invalid data in their list membership and to date has done nothing to fix it despite repeated requests.
I wish they would. Lots of people come to me about this or just block me because of it.

Hi. You’re not listed on my list and never have been. I’m guessing @clearsky.app told you that you were listed? They’re wrong and their list membership data is broken. To date they’ve ignored multiple requests to fix the problem.

Thanks for letting me know. It happened because of content in their profile that is shared on a bunch of other profiles which ends up matching some of the things that pornbots typically do.

And if you look at the image on the post you replied to, it says words about the policy "underscoring their dedication to protecting" It's not. It's purely because they got sued by the WA AG

It is legit but stems from the settlement of a lawsuit in 2021 where they had been allowing warrantless searches from CBP and not because of any political statement. This is why the language in their site is specific to Washington state.
