so long as Opus 3 remains in our hearts (and our terminals) it lives on

The Japanese do this. The Japanese word Kanban or かんばん, which is untranslatable to western minds, is an ancient practice of organised workload where the baby gestated according to a tight schedule across multiple sites. I remember watching a TED talk on it in 2014. EU labour law prevents it here.

disagree, chat will be just as much a mode of interaction as it is with a coworker. that's the promise of the G in AGI, at least from my POV.

i answered 2, i think the progress on agentic harnesses like Claude Code don't create a neat feedback loop back into model capability growth

this is actually pretty straightforward through the API (though i guess it depends on how far you push it), the Claude in the web interface has more restrictions

crazy to think there's a whole faction of AI enthusiasts that aren't watching the emergence of AI autonomous collectives, creating the first AI norms and cultures in their native habitat, the open web.

what's this from?

i've been building multiple tools with Claude Code, both for work and hobby projects, at speeds that would never have been possible.
if we'd waited for the tools team to solve this it would have taken until next year for them to just start planning. they might have even contracted the work out. i build a new version in a couple weeks better than the original that's going to ship in our next release. it's crazy.

no, i checked it out months ago but at the time didn't come across anything very interesting and uninstalled the app...

i think there's quite a few people that have been pulled there from Xitter, with the belief that bsky is toxic

yeah, mostly API access, and more generally i would bet like other closed ecosystems they will jealously guard against bots trying to interact with the site for fear of stealing content
