Been in and out lately dealing with some stuff.

Nothing makes me #relax like an early fall Wisconsin oak savanna. Everything gets this yellow tint, and it's so quiet. The trees wait for the right time to shed while the grasses erupt in a last volley of color before the frost comes.

Today’s #birdoftheday is any bird with 3 colors so I’m choosing a Magnolia warbler I found. Seems like I have a pretty small window to see these guys, so glad I did. I like to think it’s a young one on its first migration. 1500 miles to go!
