and its so frustrating bc this cycle just repeats. i cant think or move, i cant go make food i enjoy, i cant sit and write or draw. i just have to lay with low stimulus and gods forbid i cry bc it makes any pain in my head worse

Im only 27, almost 28, and have to sit every 10-15 minutes the rest of the day bc standing is painful and dizzying bc I cleaned out a fridge with breaks in between at 2, its now 8:26 👍

this isnt fair. so much of my life is on pause. i spent my teens confused and angry undiagnosed for mental shit, only for pain to progress worse and now most of my 20's have been spent negating pain and fighting with drs to take me serious enough to get a single MRI Or CTscan
