I've had personal experience with this. Preumed left people absolutelely care-less about racism among them (and another issue I see you mention lack of consent).
I think it is a fatal mistake to confuse people valuing you as a checkmark or being entertained by you with respect.

I believe it's been shown those boats would not work for drugs. Too small (e.g. refuel).
Apart from Trump pardoning a drug kingpin I feel like the most destrutive US drug dealer is a rich family that hasn't done a day in prison. I'm sure there is more support for strikes on them than random boats.

The first part is a benefit to people who -don't- come to the store. Home delivery is nice if you can afford it great if you need it -also- shouldn't be placed in competition with shoppers.

I know at least a version of this is true. I know of people who literally stalk other people to keep fights going. This isn't power other than the creeping. It is addiction to clashing and I think it is much more common than thought. As is creeping but that's a different conversation.
