Got the chance to do yoga out on a dock this morning! The fog was so thick you could only see about 10ft beyond! Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow. Photo by Jeff whom it won’t let me tag for some reason!

Late night colouring sesh! Coloured in with alcohol ink markers. Colouring is one of those things that has been therapeutic for me since I was a child. Something to get lost in and clear my mind of negative thoughts. Only thinking of where I want the colours to go.
