I am really sad to hear that more and more men are taking their life every day😢🥹 we need to do something to reduce the stigma so more men reach out for help. There is no shame in reaching out for help. men are expected to be so tough they are people just like everybody else and they have feelings

I’ve learned not to hold people hostage to who they used to be. We all carry versions of ourselves that no longer fit—the mistakes we made, the things we didn’t know, the pain we caused when we didn’t yet understand our own.
