Вообще удивительно как терминал + Zellij + Helix + fzf с ripgrep стал окружением в котором я провожу подавляющую часть времени в непосредственной работе с кодом, и ничего сверху особенно и не надо.
Хоть с иксов в чистую консоль уходи чтоб браузер не видеть.

Reinventing the genre of roguelikes, yep. Probably we should call roguelikes with open world "coqlikes" now.
Seven years ago, I wrote my first feature for PC Gamer. A showcase of roguelikes that are reinventing the genre. One of those three was Caves of Qud.
It just left early access after many, MANY years in development. I loved it 7 years ago. I adore it now.

Didn't knew that early Caves of Qud looked just like Dwarf Fortress adventure mode. From grass/dirt tiles to water and doors. Live and drink, the best roguelike! You've come a long way in this ~15 years.

I gave up and bought Github Copilot. I used it when it was free, then got a student pack, but now without it writing boilerplate bs code without it feels so painful now. It was like switching back to 📑 Notepad from IDE.

I always forget that game developers (unlike all other developers) use Windows. Unironically. In 2024. Windows. LMAO. Probably this is why gamedevs have the smallest salaries among software enginers.

За полтора месяца с ребенком понял что 99% литературы про уход за младенцами написано тупыми, ленивыми и ненавидящими детей людьми. Беременность сама по себе отупляет, но тупая нудная бесполезная работа отупляет еще больше, а уход за младенцем самая тупая и нудная хуйня из всего что я делал в жизни

Поэтому мы не приглашали на свадьбу вообще никого, даже друзей. Кто-нибудь напьется, кто-нибудь будет недоволен что его не позвали, пошли бы они нахуй? Это наш праздник, а не их, мы и отметили его вдвоём замечательно, без лицемерия и эмоционального обслуживания рандомных людей.

Мне кажется самый большой прикол в айти это что если ты хочешь сменить стек, фиг ты найдешь работу, джуны никому не нужны и так, а тем более джуны с нерелевантным опытом которые хотят сеньерскую зп. НО, внутри компании ты можешь без всяких собесов менять стек хоть десять раз, не теряя в зарплате 👨💻
