i hadn't been posting a lot of the illust i made this year because more than half of them were a different genre and a gift or trade of some kind... so i hadn't posted it... i let the other person do it, or we just kept it private. not everything has to be shared, but somehow i got anxious about it!

a figure i ordered in like... January(?) is finally coming out and being sent. this is awesome news. i really need to keep cleaning my bookshelf so i can display all my stuff T~T

progress... even though it's only been a few years, i feel confident enough to express things without making myself sick from overthinking everything. it's progress that i can talk to ppl without over-analyzing on everything i might've done wrong. it's progress that my boundaries are less muddy

i don't know how to stop holding back from being "myself" 100% of the time. i don't mean that i'm not being real, but rather that there is so much that i leave unsaid. i'm scared of voicing a lot of things. but i'm trying.

i don't know why i'm still up anymore... i have things i want to say, but suddenly they won't come out easily. lately i've had a lot of trouble with voicing what i need or want, what i like or what i feel, because i just think i'll be unreasonable or strange or difficult. i don't know

there were soo many things for all sorts of series i love, but i just decided not to hardly get anything at all and mostly just looked around. tbf i was overwhelmed because it was my First Con, but next time i will surely not be to the same extent

if i go to the con again in 6 months, i really want to get some of the official things i missed out on last time (and especially for things i like that people weren't making a lot of fan-merch for)

it's one thing to have shown my friends the animes during group watching over the last few years, but it doesn't compare to playing the VN by yourself and getting absorbed into the writing and atmosphere

haa, for like a year now i've wanted to start over and re-read Higu with Knowledge of What Happens Lens but i still never even started Umi. where are the 300+ hours i have to do that. i just miss the twins + Rika so bad

i've been putting a poison overlay at about 20% on all my illust and most pics for the past year and a half or so, but that's not enough apparently. time to start sharing everything as a low quality GIF so nobody can even save it. i feel like that's the only way. or just host the image elsewhere...
