I would say planning is going great; got plenty of content, arcs mapped out and thoroughly planned BUT I have about 5 characters I have yet to plan for 😅 Looks like I'll have to adjust my target of 180-210 pages

Writing sci-fi/fantasy is tricky. It's hard balancing how much detail to include while balancing what's relevant for the reader to know or serve the plot.
