My oversight. One cannot assume any level of coordination/coherence w these folks. The "rates down" mantra is 100% housing focused. Remaining "policies" may/not demonstrate internal consistency. Kinda like a Wall St research department.

Joe, you are missing an important point: thawing the frozen housing market, on which a large chunk of the economy (and electorate happiness, "American Dream") turns.

Your business model is quite bad. Nobody wants to watch a 3min (sometimes 20min+) video to learn the gist of the story. Put it in the post or add print story.

Most of that is dividends. Very few repurchases. And very few moronic acquisitions. OTOH, very tax inefficient for US investor.
