I think it’s more of an effort thing- if it’s less than an hour or so it’s a sketch. Doodles I’d say are like.. a couple minutes- plus I usually hate how my sketches look so everything is labeled “doodle/sketch” so I can hide behind it and not tear apart my own stuff 😭😭
