It has taken me a while to accept that choosing this does not make me less driven. It just means I have my own version of success.

My ambition is rooted in craft, collaboration, and consistency. Success for me is not about scale or hustle. It’s about doing impactful work while living a life that feels grounded, present, and sane.

I don’t aspire to run an agency or build a business because capability does not always mean suitability. I know the lifestyle that comes with that path, and it’s not the one I want. I value clarity, stability, and a sustainable pace.

I want a creative career where work supports my wellbeing, not consumes it. I do my best work when I can focus deeply, collaborate with good people, and create meaningful work without sacrificing my evenings or time with my family.

A few friends and collaborators have even told me I should start my own business/agency (lol). It’s flattering, and I get why they say it. But the truth is, I’d probably hate it.
