The story takes place few years before The Lord of the Rings, when Aragorn used the name Strider.
The rules are from LotR LCG with some additions:
- Players only control 1 Hero and can participate in every stages without the need to Exhaust, but if do double an attribute until the end of this stage.

To protect the One Ring location, #Gandalf tasks #Aragorn to capture the creature #Gollum. To do this, he asks for the help of a Dúnedain friend called Beravor and together they go to the outskirts of Anduin Valley, the last known location.
