Brain droppings from an ST7 Psychiatrist in East London, working in an inner London liaison service. I mostly end up talking about the news.

Fair enough. I would argue that it’s a show more interested in Carol, and what it means to be human, than the technical ‘mystery’.

The benefit of a lot of talk of a bubble without a crash materialising (yet) is that it has prompted some retail investors (like my parents) to realise they are uncomfortable with the level of risk in their portfolio, and to course-correct now before it's too late.

I was of course also screaming at the TV. I’m just trying to find a way to forgive…

(And the edit was cruel. It was only in retrospect I realised that the hundies were a one-sided affair. Nick had never fully bought in.)

But David made it clear he never suspected Alan - had Nick voted red, he’d have been gone. (Appreciate he didn’t know this when he voted)

Nick played a pretty canny game and almost had it - I forgive him for his fatal error now that I have had time to recover from the heartbreak.

Like a beloved England player who fluffs a penalty… if only Gareth Southgate was there to comfort him.

So long as we can keep sparklers.

Sam addresses it a bit later in the piece: "But frankly nearly all Labour seats are vulnerable at the moment, and the leader can always move seats if necessary, so this shouldn’t be a decisive factor"

And, I should add, even for international graduates who come to the NHS for a specific job, then find themselves stranded and unable to find further work / get onto a training programme. Increased flexibility of training pathways would help somewhat.
