Idk why there's such mental barrier for me when trying to communicate. I'm really overthinking it and a simple interaction ends up being a huge deal. I hate that

I know that atp it's "me" issue, but idk what to do with it. I know I'm kinda bland and forgettable and I'm kind of all-rounder without strong interest in anything specific.
I like hanging out with people but I'm not really the type to initiate it.
