Where, exactly, would the wage garnishments be deposited? I believe lenders already have mechanisms in place for garnishment on defaulted student loans, so how is this new announcement any different?

Mine were. I also moved to New Mexico this year, there's a LOT of people here with Spanish ancestors here pre New Mexico as a state. A lot also mixed with Tewa folk, that have been here for more than a thousand years.
But somehow I doubt that *free course* has much to do with that reality.

I think he knows they'll redact his name, and some of his pals(who will then owe him, if they haven't already been told to pay up), but Democrat names will be visible. He's hoping the media latches to those names & forgets about him.
