How did the C64 get such abysmal versions of games like Chase HQ and Cisco Heat when it had such amazing versions of Turbo Outrun, Buggy Boy, S.C.I. and Powerdrift. Also non arcade conversions like Turbocharge and Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge.
Makes no sense.

I'm pretty new to Dungeons & Dragons but have already been the DM for a few sessions using pre made adventures. I now want to try my hand at making my own so I've got the 2024 Players Handbook and today I got the 2024 Dungeon Master's Guide.
