Now someone I know said I should still send it, but personally, I don't think it looks worthy enough! I'm thinking of re-doing it and using this as a 'first draft', but I thought I let the fandom be the judge.

so I wanted to do an artwork that represented the whole show, bringing together both classic and new series, so my idea involved the TARDIS surrounded by the most iconic, recurring and biggest villains and monsters from the shows history!...and this was the final result. :(

As long as the stories are good, it doesn't matter, Pertwee got three seasons of quality stories from it, if it worked with one Doctor, it can work with another.
