#ICE Secret Police posing as construction workers in #Vancouver, #Wash lured Wilmer Toledo-Martinez out of his home and then had a police dog attack him as soon as he exited. He was not armed nor did he resist. When Wilmer’s wife began to film the abduction, they threaten to use the dog again
