you have an opportunity here to not repeat the same mistakes as last time. let fan artists be, and let them be horny about video game characters and whatever... we need them here or bluesky is just a much lesser experience than twitter is. anime art deserves decentralized and open social media too!
i think people underestimate how the restrictive rules bsky has around anime art holds back even artists who wouldn't normally draw anything sensitive... i still remember the massively shared twitter posts from jp artists warning each other about bsky after the fuwamoco artist got suspended.

hello mr @moderation.bsky.app. can you please be nice to the huge amount of jp artists coming around here again so that they end up staying this time. genuinely, it was such a bummer having them up and leave when they discovered how overbearing and arbitrary the moderation was on posting anime art.
